Does Quewly take a commission on my sales?

No. Quewly does not take any commission on your sales. You pay a fixed monthly subscription, that's it. The only variable fees are Stripe's (about 1.5% + €0.25 per EU transaction), charged directly by Stripe — not by Quewly.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel your plan or an add-on from your customer area at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for.

Are the add-ons independent from each other?

Yes. Each add-on activates separately, with no obligation to take the others. You only pay for what you need. You can add or remove an add-on at any time.

Does the 30-day free trial require a credit card?

No. You can create an account and try Quewly for 30 days without entering a credit card. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial period, your menu stays visible but online ordering is disabled.

Does my data belong to me?

Yes, entirely. Your menus, your orders, your customers — everything belongs to you. Quewly does not use your data for advertising or commercial purposes. If you cancel, your data is kept for 90 days so you can export it.
